This is the most cost-effective advertising medium available to you, as an SMS consisting of 158 Characters can be sent for a cost of only TWENTY CENTS per patient (Short Message). If you require a longer SMS (more text) then add 158 characters and it’s two SMS credits which would be FORTY CENTS per patient (Long Message).

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Hit “REGISTER” below to sign up and provide us with consent to extract your patient cellphone numbers from Dispensary and Debtors modules.

2. Preview the SMS SAMPLES and select your option in the registration form.

3. Our Support Agent will contact you to confirm the number of patient contact details we have collected from your pharmacy data.

4. Our Support Agent will provide you with a quote to approve for the SMS credits required to participate in the campaign.

(Keep in mind it’s 4 SMSs’ per patient campaign. Short SMSs’ are 1 credit per patient and Long SMSs’ are 2 credits per patient).

If you decline the quote we shall delete your data extract.

5. Payment is required in advance with proof sent to our Support Agent.

6. Upon confirmation from our Banker, your campaign shall be added to the automated scheduler. 

7. We shall provide you with feedback of the SMS campaign

8. Your number shall automatically be added to all your customer campaigns as confirmation that it has been sent. 

9. Repeat, we shall repeat this process for the next batch of 4 campaigns upon completion of the 3rd SMS campaign.
